Escape to
Florida's First Key: Perdido Key
"Perdido Key" is Spanish for "Lost Island" - and
nothing could be more appropriate for the laid back atmosphere of this
peaceful island - more than half of which is protected by state and federal
preserves. With over 30 miles of
white sandy beaches on warm Gulf waters, Perdido Key is just east of the
rapidly growing Gulf Shores/Orange Beach vacation destinations in Alabama.
This is Florida's "first key"! Hundreds of
miles closer to the rest of the country - and within an easy day's drive to
most of the southeast.

Pete Mulry nears $1 Billion
Pete
Mulry approaches the Billion Dollar mark for personal and managed sales with
ResortQuest.
"Nobody in the history of
Abbott has risen to the level Pete has in such a short time," said Carmela
Bell, Director of Real Estate Sales. "After serving as the head
baseball coach at the high school and college levels, Pete is a master coach
inspiring many to achieve greatness, both personally and in real estate. His
leadership and teamwork principles have been transplanted from the sports
arena to the workplace and in developing a team of real estate
professionals."
Mulry specializes in
pre-construction sales. Selling LaPlaya, Mirabella, Spanish Key, Indigo
units, and WCI's Lost Key Resort, has earned him the distinction of being
Perdido Key's Top Salesperson five of the seven years he has been with
ResortQuest.
"I live and work
in Perdido Key, so it is second nature to sell people on the benefits of locating
a second home or vacation getaway in the area," said Mulry.
